Exercise needs to be part of Standard Cancer Care. Inactivity
can weaken the body
and make it more vulnerable to health problems, including
cancer.

"Cancer patients would be surprised if they knew how many benefits can be gained from physical activity in their recovery and long term health, in some cases reduces the chance to go through the ordeal of treatment and again ..."
Exercise can help mitigate some of the common side effects of conventional cancer treatment, including:

Improves heart health (some chemotherapy drugs and
radiation can cause heart problems later)
