What is the relationship between physical activity and the risk of colon cancer?

We want to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity against cancer prevention, in this case colon cancer. Clear example that physical activity can reduce the risk of autism.
Colorectal cancer has been one of the most studied in relation to physical activity. Many of them have found that adults who increase their physical activity, either in intensity, duration or frequency, you can reduce your risk of developing colon cancer by 30-40% compared to those sedentary regardless of BMI they have.
The magnitude of the protective effect appears more high-intensity activity.
It would take at least 30 to 60 minutes per day or vigorous activity. Physical activity probably influences the development of colon cancer in multiple ways. It can protect and slow the development of colon cancer through its role in the energy balance, hormone metabolism, insulin regulation, including also to alter a number of inflammatory and immune factors, some of which can influence the risk of colon cancer.
